Tokenization of Iconic Complex

Tokenization is being considered as a means of attracting investment for the development of the complex. It is planned to be carried out through the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE). The announced target for launch is before the end of 2026.

The stated amount relates to the planned tokenization and does not represent the value of the complex as a whole. The detailed terms of issuance, the rights of participants and the procedure for acquiring tokens will be presented separately.

This page will publish information on the organisation issuing the tokens and the documents setting out the terms of participation:

• the rights of token holders;
• the price of a token and the minimum amount of participation;
• the terms and timing of any payments;
• the procedure for the sale or redemption of tokens;
• fees, restrictions and risks.

Pending publication of the issuance documents, no information is available on returns, the procedure for payments or the terms of exit from the investment.
